Event Description: Life can feel heavy when we’re carrying roles, expectations, and responsibilities that no longer align with who we truly are. Many of us find ourselves moving through the motions—performing at work, showing up in relationships, or holding everything together—yet feeling unseen, unheard, or disconnected inside.

That’s why we created Authentic Connections —an open-hearted space to pause, breathe, and simply be. Here, you can share, listen, and connect with others who are also longing for deeper, more authentic conversations—without judgment, fixing, or pressure to perform.

Together, we’ll explore what it feels like to let go of roles that no longer serve and live more fully as our true selves.

What to Bring: - Yourself, just as you are 💛 - A journal or notebook (optional, for reflections) - An open heart and willingness to listen and share authentically
