Agreement to Terms

Welcome to EventPrism! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EventPrism mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by EventPrism ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content that you post.

By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content and may delete it at any time.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post content that is illegal, obscene, or promotes violence
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Collect user data without consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service for commercial solicitation without permission
• Upload viruses or malicious code

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription ("EventPrism Pro"). By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Provide accurate billing information
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. For purchases through the App Store or Google Play, refund policies are governed by Apple and Google respectively. For web purchases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the respective app store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until then.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of the Service will meet your expectations

We are not responsible for the conduct of event organizers or attendees. Please exercise caution when attending events with people you do not know.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EVENTPRISM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
