Group Soundbath with Kat Duvic

Join Kat Duvic from Fleur Holistic for a monthly sound experience. Guests are invited to lie down, relax, and be immersed in the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and drums. It's a deeply restoring experience, no background in meditation or sound healing needed. Just come as you are, ready to rest.

Every 3rd Wednesday of the month 7:00 – 8:00 pm Lake Harriet Spiritual Community, 4401 Upton Ave S, Linden Hills, Minneapolis $20 at the door.

What to bring: Guests are encouraged to bring anything that helps them feel cozy and comfortable: a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, eye masks, etc.
