About this event

☀️ Mindful Mornings: Friday Reflection

A 40-minute ADHD-friendly space to slow down, reflect, and gently close out your week with care.

By Friday, you’ve moved through a lot—whether it felt productive, messy, inconsistent, or somewhere in between.

And before jumping straight into what’s next, this space gives you a moment to pause and actually notice it. Not to judge it. Not to measure it. Just to acknowledge it.

Together, we’ll create space to wind down and look back with a little more compassion:

  • Take meds, hydrate, and settle in (coffee, tea, breakfast all welcome)
  • Be offered simple, supportive ways to slow down and arrive—nothing formal, just what helps
  • Gently move or stretch to release the week from your body
  • Reflect on where you’ve been, what you’ve moved through, and what you might be carrying forward
  • Share in casual, low-pressure conversation (if you want to)

I’ll guide the flow—offering structure where it’s helpful, while leaving plenty of room for you to follow what you need.

This isn’t about evaluating your week or tying it up perfectly. It’s about recognizing that you showed up—in ways big, small, visible, and unseen.

You don’t need to have done everything. You don’t need to feel accomplished. You don’t need to explain your week. You just need a moment to acknowledge it.

Come as you are—pajamas, bedhead, slow mornings and all. Cameras encouraged, never required.

Let’s close out the week together—feeling a little more settled, a little more seen… and maybe even noticing some of your sparkle along the way.

A moment to remember: you’re a human being, not a human doing.
