The Power of the Red Bandanna. In 2014 the Boston College football team wore uniforms and helmets with a red bandanna design. They played and beat #9 USC on national TV!

RSVP limit is set to 40 people to honor the 40 heroes on Flight 93, the flight that fought back!

Never Forget!

One of the nicest thing anybody ever did for me- a very kind woman who did The Red Bandanna Stairhike, offered to place the red bandanna I had, on Welles name at the 9-11 Memorial in New York City! Then sent me a pic! The pic for this event!

We will do 19 staircases around the Silver Lake Reservoir. 19 represents Welles’ jersey number.

17 going up, one going down, and one going up and down! 17 represents the number of floors Welles climbed up to rescue other people, after leading the first group of people to stairs that led them to elevators and evacuating the World Trade Center!

About 8 miles.

Start time 8am. Will start the stairhike at 8:05am

Stairhike will take 3 hours. The middle part of the route is the most stair intensive. About 14 stairscase within 3 miles.
