CAIO MARK "WORLD PREMIERE" - EPIPHANY THEATRE - SANCTUARY AUDITORIUM

The Epiphany Theatre is proud to present The World Premiere of a new play, “ CAIO MARK “ Based on the 2008 independent film CAIO by Yen Tan this is a story, a love triangle where one of the people has passed away. Jeff and Mark are best friends in good times and in bad. Mark passes away tragically in a car accident and Jeff takes care of the things that follow. In Marks apartment Jeff discovers Mark has been chatting online with a guy from Italy who happens to be coming for a visit next week. Jeff must break the bad news to him, and they meet. The Italian guy, Andrea, meets Jeff and as they talk about Mark and mourn his death, they both discover a lot about themselves. A story of grief, friendship and love. This is a workshop production of “CIAO MARK” and is only 6 performances, Sept. 11th to Sun. 20th in preparation for a New York production in the summer of 2027. This production is written and directed by Ed Sparan and features a very talented cast. This production has been made possible with funding from The Broward County Cultural Arts Council who supports local theatre and the arts in our community.
