Join us every Tuesday evening at Discovery Green® for a grounding yoga and sound healing experience designed to help you release tension, reset your nervous system, and reconnect within.

We’ll begin with a gentle, all-levels yoga flow—inviting movement, mobility, and awareness into the body. As the sun begins to set, we transition into an immersive sound healing experience with crystal singing bowls and soothing instruments, guiding you into deep rest and inner stillness.
