A Tantric Trance Breath Adventure!

This is an event for the individual who wishes to connect more deeply with their body, breath and energy in a group setting. I will not tell you everything that will be included in this session but I will tell you that you will leave feeling completely different than when you arrived. We will begin our journey with movement and arousing our vital energies in a noticable way. Shortly after we begin weaving the mind with the body we will engage in a breath work practice which will be so challenging that if you persevere it might turn out to be life altering. At this session you will also get to learn and practice foundational Tantric techniques designed for individuals who wish to channel energy with the intention of connecting and aligning with their highest expression. Finally, we will use visualization and a trance mediation to further elevate our energy.

The Trance portion of the session will be facilitated by Akal shaking a rattle at 210 bpm while participants hold a posture which is derived from ancient art found in many areas of the world. These figurines and cave drawings reflect practices our ancestors from all around the world utilized to connect to higher guidance. This portion of the session is inspired by the work of Dr. Felicitas D. Goodman.

Alternatively the trace portion could involve candle gazing and the use of crystal sound bowls.

Please bring a Yoga mat if you have one; there are extras at the studio if needed.

This event requires a minimum of 5 participants.

This is a $11-$33 experience. Cash, credit card, Zelle and Venmo accepted.
