It’s a space to slow down, become more present, and explore what it means to be human in relationship. Whether you’re partnered, single, married, divorced, dating, or simply interested in understanding yourself and others more deeply, you’re welcome here.

What To Expect

Each salon includes:

• A short opening reflection from Sarah
• Guided discussion around a central theme
• Opportunities for small-group or partner conversations
• Practical insights you can bring back into your relationships
• A welcoming community of thoughtful humans

No prior experience is needed. No pressure to share more than feels comfortable. Just come as you are.
