About this event

Need a little reset to keep going on those brain-heavy tasks? Whether it’s drafting an essay, balancing your budget, planning your week, or brainstorming that work project—you don’t have to do it alone.

This virtual body doubling session is your chance to power through that lingering to-do list with the support of a focused, like-minded group. We’ll work independently but together, creating an encouraging, distraction-free environment to help you refocus, regain momentum, and keep things moving.

If your day has already started to feel a little scattered or stalled, this is your space to reset, refocus, and keep moving forward.

We’ll start with a quick round of names and what we’re working on—nothing fancy, just something like “I’m Kat, and I’m planning out my week.” Let’s keep intentions specific and concise. If you’re a little late, no worries—just drop your intention in the chat when you arrive and jump in.

Plan to stay on camera as much as you can—the visual accountability helps us all stay present and engaged.
