Every Saturday · 9:00 AM 📍 Meet at Frothy Monkey – 12South 🏃 ~3 miles · All paces welcome Start your Saturday with a fun social run through 12 South and Sevier Park! We’ll meet outside Frothy Monkey, do a quick introduction, then head out for an easy ~3-mile group run through the neighborhood and finish back in 12 South. ☕ Stay for coffee afterward 👋 Come solo and meet new people 🏃 All running levels welcome 🚶 Run/walkers welcome 💰 Free to join
Meeting: Please arrive around 8:50 AM. We’ll start running at 9:00 AM. This is a social run, not a race — the goal is to get outside, stay active, and meet people around Nashville. Bring: Running shoes and water. Join the MeetOut and start your Saturday with us! 🏃☕
