Exploring the Bodies Wisdom: Women's Circle

Welcome!

I am so glad you landed here! I am hosting a virtual 90 minute women's group on Monday, September 21st | 6:30-8:00pm MST.

During our 90 minutes together we will be exploring how you can get to know your body and it's subtle cues on a deeper level. This is a great space for anyone interested in learning more about what their body can teach them about themselves, about others, and how you can use it as a resource for greater healing. Whether you are new to Somatic work or a long time veteran I invite ALL WOMEN to join.

**Please note that this is a women's only group**

To help keep this group intimate I will be limiting it to 10 women. Please make sure you are able to attend for the entirety of the gathering.
