🎆 Rooftop BBQ! 🎇 It's Labor Day weekend! Let's enjoy a fun day of great food, good company, and sunshine as we celebrate friendship and hard work.

🔖 Attendance & Waitlist Everyone will initially be placed on the waitlist. Since this event is hosted on a friend’s private rooftop, space is limited and NOT all waitlisted members will be confirmed.

✅ Priority will be given to group members I’ve met before, had a positive experience, and who have a good attendance history.

📍 The exact address and instructions will be shared with those who are confirmed to attend.

💵 Once you send payment via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or cash to help cover food and supplies, you’ll be moved to the “Going” list.

💰 Cost of Food/Supplies to Attend

• $17 if paid by 5 pm Sunday, August 30
• $19 if paid by 5 pm Friday, Sept 04
• $25 if paid AFTER 5 pm Friday, Sept 04

🍽️ Preliminary Food & Drinks Menu

• Grilled 100% beef hamburgers
• Grill marinated chicken thighs
• Turkey and Veggies
• Hotlinks/Sausages
• Cheese /tomatoes/Onion/lettuce for your burgers
• Grilled fresh seasonal vegetables
• White rice (for those who prefer it with meat)
• A variety of healthier snacks
• A variety of non-alcoholic drinks: lemon tea (hot & cold), soda, and coffee

🍷 This event is BYOB — I don’t drink. If you want alcohol, bring your own.

Feel free to bring a board game or two!

Schedule of Events

• 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Arrival, help prep & mingling (please be on time!) - everyone will help prep and cook - I can't do it all by myself
• 12:00 – 4:30 PM: Rooftop BBQ & grilling (cook your own food)
• 4:30 – 5:00 PM: Clean-up & departure

Location A modern rooftop near 10th & Market Street, featuring: ✅ Two grills ✅ Fireplace ✅ Tables & chairs ✅ Clean public bathroom access

Note: Once confirmed, the address will be shared privately.

What to Bring

• A jacket – SF weather can get chilly
• A hat and/or sunscreen –Not a lot shades

⚠️ Dietary Note: Please note that all food will be cooked on the same grill. If you have specific dietary restrictions or sensitivities, this may not be the right event for you.
