Democracy Unfiltered – Voter Education Series First Session: Monday, August 17 6pm-8pm every week until November 3rd Location: Raleigh Brewing Company Admission: Free Free pizza (first come, first served) Free non-alcoholic beverages Alcoholic beverages are available for guests 21+ with valid ID. At Raleigh Brewing, we've always believed that strong communities are built through civic engagement. While we don't endorse candidates or political parties, we do believe every eligible voter should understand the voting process, know where to find reliable information, and feel confident casting a ballot. Our focus is voter education, election literacy, and civil discussion. Each Monday evening August 17- November 3rd 6-8pm, we'll host engaging, interactive discussions focused on helping attendees better understand topics such as: • THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS MID TERM ELECTION

• Registering to vote and where you should register • Voter ID requirements and voting options • Absentee ballots and mail in voting • Early voting sites and process • Election day voting and what to expect on Election Day • Go through a mock voting process • How to research candidates and ballot measures • Understanding sample ballots • Gerrymandering and how district maps affect elections • Election security and integrity • Common election myths and misconceptions • Open Q&A with attendees and guest speakers We'd appreciate your help by:
