About this event
Play bingo, exercise, and learn fall prevention! This health promotion program for adults 60 and over will take place twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays through October 28th. Participants are asked to come to every session if possible, so they don't miss out.
Audience: Older Adults
Additional Info: Exercises will be done using a chair with arms to aid balance.
