READY Together (formerly SNAP): An interactive neighborhood preparedness workshop designed to help community members prepare themselves, their households, and their neighborhoods for emergencies. Participants will learn practical preparedness strategies, develop personal emergency plans, and begin building connections with neighbors to strengthen community resilience. The workshop emphasizes conversation, collaboration, and local action leaving participants with practical tools they can use immediately.
