An American Werewolf in London (1981)

An American Werewolf in London (1981) at Williams Center - Cinema Underground - Rutherford, Rutherford.

John Landis's werewolf film owes much of its staying power to Rick Baker's transformation effects, built practically and still uncomfortable to watch decades later. Beneath the effects is a simpler story: two American backpackers attacked on the English moors, one killed outright, the other left carrying something in his blood.
