Nearly 50 million young people (ages 18-29) are eligible to vote in the 2026 midterm elections, making them a major potential force in shaping electoral outcomes and the future of our democracy. Hear directly from experts at the Center for Information & Research on Civic Learning and Engagement (CIRCLE) at Tufts University’s Tisch College of Civic Life as they share exclusive new data on young people's political views, issue priorities, and likelihood of participation—plus which races young people are poised to have the biggest impact.

The Tisch College of Civic Life has one of the biggest research teams devoted to democracy in the United States today, focusing on understanding the challenges and opportunities of democracy and civic life. We pursue this vital scholarship through several research centers, including CIRCLE, the nation's leading authority on youth voting. A non-partisan, independent research organization, CIRCLE studies the civic education and engagement of young people in America - especially disadvantaged youth.
